“Excellent location, walking distance of shopping, aquarium, restaurants. The property is as described in listing. Parking was excellent. The only thing that could be improved is the mattress in the master bedroom. I will be back for sure.”

“Wonderful location for Carmel Plaza and Ocean Avenue shopping and dinug. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The offered garage was specified for use by smaller cars, but appeared to only be suitable for Minis and Smartcars. ”

“Pajaro Dunes is such a gem as you are in a secluded area of the coast because of all the surrounding farmland. Santa Cruz is just to the North & Monterey to the South! So much to see & do! We went in August & it was extremely quiet & peaceful.The unit is perfect in every way. The view of the Pajaro River, dunes, beach & birds is beautiful from inside & especially on the patio. It is on the second level but instead of steps there’s a long ramp. A large cart is provided to bring your supplies up....

“Beautiful oceanfront property. Light airy rooms with super comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware and dishes. We had excellent communication upon check in to this gated community. Enjoyed walking on the beach and birdwatching. We were visiting for an event at Laguna Seca and it was a nice quiet place to rest after the crowds. We highly recommend this property and would come gain.”

“Modern, clean, great location. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets and bedding.Few items to note for future guests: 1. No toaster oven 2. Not many small kitchen items, such as salt/pepper, ziploc bags/wrap/aluminum foil; 3. No TV in either of the bedrooms 4. Could use one more sitting area/couch.”

“We had the best stay at this condo! The location was perfect for me as I stayed here to run the Big Sur marathon. Beaches, the wharf, everything was only about 15 min from there. The property owner was extremely communicative with us and let us know everything we needed to in advance, and even gave great suggestions of things to do! They left some ice, snacks, and water for us, and even a sweet good luck note for my race! Would 1000% stay here again! Definitely check this place out!”

“was really nice get away for me and my spouse we arrived late the first night and the fire alarm battery was low we contacted them and they responded immediately which was really nice considering how late it was. i just felt awkward walking beside the main house because i think we scared the people staying in there since it was so late and they had all of the blinds open”

“My wife and I spent a little over a month at this very nice, three story condo on Monterey Bay. Our daughter’s family of four, plus a small dog, also joined us for a long weekend. The property is located adjacent to a beautiful, long beach and is also close to the Monterey bike/walking path. It is an easy walk (or short drive) to many restaurants and activities. “Really lovely, quiet, right in the beach. Area in a fog belt so cool even in summer.Totally renovated. Nice balcony.Kitchen stocked amazingly well. I forgot sugar for coffee and they had it!Only thing I might say is that it is not 100% accessible if mobility impaired. Has a few steps to get in, and bed and shower entry are high. Would stay again.”

“We had a lovely stay. The view is awesome; we had the beach to ourselves, and the spacious accommodations were clean and comfortable.A couple of items were in need of repair. The back slider didn't lock until we cleaned out the rust and got the latch to open and engage. There was no blind on the largest window in the primary bedroom which meant waking up with the sun and the knob was missing on the heater in the primary bathroom.I'd very much like to visit more often as it's a wonderful...

“The place was beautiful, although I didn’t realize it was not supposed to have dogs. So I had to leave my dog at my sister’s and I ended up staying with her a lot didn’t get to stay at the apartment as much as I wanted to, but it was a beautiful place and I would recommend it as long as you don’t have a pet.”

“I'm enjoying my long stay in the condo with a view of the ocean. pretty quiet and close drive to the clinics in which I work. close to walking/biking path, the wharf, aquarium, Monterey sports center, Starbucks, captain stoker's and dust bowl brewery. All walkable - approximately a mile or less, except the aquarium might be 2 miles. great location.”
