Pleasant quaint quiet place to be in the Heart of New Orleans with great amenities and close to all the wonderful things to do. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again

What mattered most on this trip was the location (near many walkable points of interest, my arrival/departure location and multiple transit lines), the privacy and access to a kitchen. That last was more than adequate for my needs: a full-sized refrigerator to store breakfast items, beverages and restaurant leftovers, a toaster and microwave and, to my delight, an electric teakettle. On my arrival and first night I had to ask for clothes hangers — the room had none — and occupants down the hall were noisy. But it WAS New Orleans on a holiday weekend, and I carry earplugs when I travel. This property is one of several in the Central Business District converted from its original corporate office/headquarters use to hotel/residential. In general, the accommodation in a sturdy mid-century building worked for me; I’m not big on room service or a giant screen TV.

The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints.

Everything was great, but our room didn’t have a safe. We asked about it, but nobody could help us. They also need to let guests use the stairs—we were on the second floor and had to wait the elevator for five minutes just to go up one flight.

Beautiful suite! The tub was divine! Really loved the boutique! 🙂‍↔️
