This ground floor apartment offers stunning views over the River Dart and is only a short walk from Darmouth with its enchanting streets and natural harbour.. All on the Ground Floor:

Recently refurbished light and airy two bedroom ground floor apartment which has superb views over the River Dart towards Kingswear and beyond. The property is situated just a five minute fairly level walk from the historic maritime town of Dartmouth with its shops, award-winning restaurants and art galleries. The castle, coastal footpath and National Trust land are close by.

Good views

Good sized flat for 4 adults, 15 minutes walk from amenities and 10 minutes from the castle. Parking awkward due to a long standing road closure due to a collapse. Kitchen gloomy, some lights not working, as is the bathroom fan.as is

Fabulous apartment

The property was ideally placed with a fantastic view from all windows. The walk into town was easy and took approx 10 mins and the lack of parking at the property was not a problem. We found on street parking approx 5 minute walk away. I would suggest that check in instructions include the fact that the key safe immediately on the RHS of the door is no longer in use and the current one is attached to the adjacent wall. It would have saved a bit of hassle!
