4 bedroom, 2 bath home features all the conveniences of a fully equipped kitchen. Appliances include dishwasher, range, microwave, refrigerator along with a full-size washer and dryer. Private backyard deck includes table, chairs and BBQ for those quiet evening wind-downs.

Cute house on Charles street.
Very cute house , good location. Weather had turned colder and the Livingroom, and dining room and front bathroom had not heat. Online showed a hot tub. Disappointed that there was not one. The boiler or the heater for middle downstairs bedroom made ALOT of noise making it harder for the couple to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay with our mom and 4 siblings. The property manager was responsive and so helpful. Even sent an important item that was accidentally left behind. We loved every minute of our stay. The back deck and front porch are perfect places to sit and visit. We cooked most of our own food and had everything we needed…including a grill!

Well located, Beautifully decorated, clean house with a wonderful deck outside to view the deer.
Awesome location! Walking distance to the historic downtown. Beautifully decorated and well accommodated house. Very clean and well maintain. Nice deck in the back with a patio table and chairs for morning coffee or meals. We even enjoyed watching the deer on the backyard hillside. Just a beautiful place! Highly recommend this location!

The house was Very Clean!!! Big enough to spend the night in and cook with a group and enjoy yourselves. Weston was very easy to work with and willing to work with early check in if bookings allowed. Reason for 4 stars is the upstairs bedrooms have small beds, not a great fit for 2 people. Overall Great Experience!!

Family get away
I booked this home because of its amenities, location and reviews. When we got there, everything was exactly as stated and shown. We did have one small issue which I contacted the owner and he immediately got us a battery for the thermostat. The home was amazing, beautiful and comfortable. We also accidentally locked ourselves out, and the owner of the property answered the phone right away, walked us through being able to get back into the property. all of our family loved the place and wanted to complement the place we stayed at and the service we received. Will stay here again!

Nice Place Great Location
House was clean. Location was great. Easy walk to downtown Deadwood. Close to the Mickelson Trail for biking and walking. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck on a late summer evening. We had some minor issues with the house while there but Weston was in communication with us the whole time. Hope to stay again in the future.

The property was neat clean and perfect for our trip for the Sturgis Rally. Weston was an excellent host. He was very responsive to all help and inquires. Clean house, great location!
The house rental was very clean and comfortable. Downtown access was a short 5-10 minute walk. or you could pick up the shuttle which stopped within 75' of the house, to go downtown.

We absolutely loved this house, it’s location and the charm. My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary and our friends celebrated their 25th during our stay. We had more than enough room, we didn’t even use the upstairs.. The host answered any questions very quickly and made suggestions which was awesome! I would love to visit again one day 😊

Enjoying a family vacation!
Weston, we had a wonderful stay at your house at 115 Charles Street in Deadwood! The house was perfect for the six of us; clean with complete accommodations; plus walking distance to almost everything in town we were interested in, including the finish line of the half marathon. Thank you for accommodating my late departure due to my injury and a slow time in the run. I was surprised at the reaction of the cleaner knowing that you and I had discussed a delayed departure. My tip was smaller for her due to her attitude, but again, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and appreciate everything you did for us. All the best! Steve
