“Upon checking in, my partner started to have a bad reaction to all of the fresh exposed wood in the house. Neither of us were aware she had this sensitivity. It did not affect me at all. Amanda came to the rescue and was able to transfer us to another property right on the ocean in the heart of Bar Harbor, essentially saving our vacation. I will just say that the new property was so nice, it was a step down when we finally returned home after the vacation. Amanda rocks!!!”

“The property in Surry was just perfect for our use. The property is one of 3 manufactured homes on this property. The rental was clean, comfortable and perfect for the two of us. It is located on a quiet road and very drivable to many sightseeing attractions in the immediate area, Acadia NP being one of them. The AC came in handy during our stay as the weather was warm. The basic kitchen was good for us as we ate out every night. The washer and dryer were a good perk also. Overall a very good……

“We really enjoyed staying here, would have never known about Vinalhaven otherwise! The cottage was close to the town, so it was easy to get to everything on the island for the few days we were there. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, we were able to unwind without worry. It was so clean, plenty of room for our family of 5, well stocked with wood for camp fire, etc. It is perfectly quiet, and you are on a short road, off a cup-de-sac - so I never felt isolated (which I don’t enjoy!). But don’t worry about noise from others - we never even heard/saw another car drive by. I would absolutely stay here again! ”

The kitchen had all the basics for fixing a meal; but being half way between Belfast and Camden you have some wonderful places to eat! Also both towns offer a wide variety or shopping opportunities (no large box stores here!). The rocky coast lines is lovely!”

“The cabin is rustic and quaint but had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location was beautiful and it was close to everything. A grocery store essentially right up the road, the town of Southwest harbor a couple miles down, very easy access to Acadia National Park. We had the best time and would definitely recommend staying here. We hope to come again in the future!”
