10/10 Excellent
"The location is excellent, there are seafood restaurants nearby and bars. The facility has plenty of parking and has been recently updated. Great view out the door of the water for some peaceful morning cups of coffee. The only issue we had is our unit 112 had a bit of a smell, like it had gotten wet and didn’t get dried properly. We bought a scented candle, cleaned the AC and dehumidifier filters and everything was fine. I would definitely stay here again it was a great three days exploring Acadia"

"Great place to stay. Right on the strip. No need to uber anywhere plus having the parking was great considering no parking anywhere because the town is so busy. Definitely recommend walking a few blocks to Ivy Manor in the evening and relax on the Adirondacks and have drinks. It’s definitely not a five star resort. It’s a converted redone motel but perfect. The rooms were super clean. The bed was super comfortable. Perfect place to stay if you want to just go barhopping and eat."
