BEST LAKEHOUSE on LEWISVILLE Lake with POOL/SPA

Best Vacation Retreat on Lewisville Lake! The perfect setup for families or groups who want to maximize the Lake & have all weather entertainment no matter what season you visit! Our property is a huge compound w/ main house, POOL & HOT TUB, two guest houses each w/ living areas & Barn Gameroom that creates the PERFECT LAKEFRONT GETAWAY even if you aren't on the water! Plenty of room to park Boats & RV w/ cover & we have a sandy beach to pull up boats & jet skis & launch our kayaks/paddleboards

Main house is 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath. The LEFT guest cottage is 1 bedroom and 1 bath will a full kitchen and living room with a sofa sleeper. The RIGHT guest cottage is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath with a fridge and kitchenette. The MASSIVE GAMEROOM has a Pool Table, Shuffleboard, Foosball, Darts, Poker Table, Bar, TV, and Fridge.

The house is very private and has direct lake access. We offer 24 hour checkin via key code and 24 hour customer service.

We have staff available for issues that arise during your stay.

This is the largest lot in the area that was originally multiple lots that eventually were bought up and turned into one large compound. Private area with multi million dollar homes all around us. The area is very safe and secure.
House Rules

Check-In Time: 4 p.m. Check-Out Time: 11 a.m.

The following are CITY Laws for short-term rentals and MUST be followed. Please respect all laws so we can ensure you have a great stay!

1. Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. on weekdays, and 11 p.m. until 8 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Maximum occupancy should not be exceeded.

-Maximum Occupancy: 12

3. Primary renter must be present during the entire stay.

4. Six cars MAX on the property. Short-term rentals do not allow for parking on the street or anywhere except our driveway.

No Pets are allowed anywhere on the property.

No smoking of any kind inside our home.

Immediate eviction and an additional fee will be applied for violation.

Amazing property!!!
This property was absolutely amazing! The perfect amount of space for the 12 of us. The view was breathtaking! The managers were in constant communication with us the entire time. We had a work retreat and it was the perfect space and plenty of entertainment. Loves the game room!

Beautiful house with a gorgeous view
We rented this place for kids after prom. They loved it. The house is spacious, very clean, had a plenty of beds for 12 people. It has a big back yard for playing balls and a huge game room for indoor activities. Highly recommended.

Family Time on the Lake
The set up with a main house and 2 cottages worked very well for our two generation family get-together. The families with the 2 infants stayed in the cottages and didn't have to worry about their infants waking others up. The older grandchildren were in the main house with us. It was an extremely hot weekend, so the pool was very nice but it was otherwise too hot to enjoy outdoor time. It was also too hot to be able to enjoy the game room. If that space could be air conditioned, it would be wonderful. The kitchen in the main house was reasonably well stocked. We did have a problem with the kitchen sink and the AC in the right cottage, but the property manager was very responsive and it was fixed immediately. All in all, a great family time for everyone.

Spent the last week here with our entire family. House had everything we needed as well as the cottages. Most of our time was spent on the back porch with the pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, bbq, and the lake. Was a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

This place was great. We had a team fly-in for my small business (all working remote) and this was a perfect house with there being multiple "houses" involved. The back porch area was a great hang out and my team loved the game room. The kitchen had everything we needed. The one thing my entire team said is that this place had the best mattresses and pillows. It's the first time I've stayed in a hotel/rental and hated getting back to my own bed lol.

We were in the area for a family wedding and wanted a place where our entire family could stay and enjoy. The setting was just beautiful with amazing lake views. We spent a lot of time in the outdoor area by the pool and fireplace. It was well stocked with items we needed. The decor was lovely as well. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great Lake House!
Myself and 5 of my friends came down for the Detroit Lions vs the Dallas Cowboy’s game and we all loved the house!! The 2 guest cottages were very nice as well!! Great location and well appointed home! Would definitely stay again when in the area!

Great Place for a group or group of families
Had a group of guys for a getaway and Fantasy Football Draft. Perfect place! The three separate quarters had plenty of room for those that wanted to turn in early and for those that stayed up later. The pool and hot tub were awesome for outdoor R&R. The game room had lots of fun for pool, darts, shuffle board etc. (A few fans to move the air would be the only improvement). Most everyone said they would love to bring their families to enjoy all and the beautiful lake! Highly recommend!!

The house is well maintained and clean. Taking the paddleboards and kayaks out was wonderful experience. We really enjoyed the stay. On the downside, the grill was not working and very dirty. Needs some attention from host. Phone call and text messages to host was not returned until we checked out.

Well worth it!
The property exceeded my expectations, Everything we needed was already there. Has a minor problem with outdoor ceiling fan but it was resolved in a timely manner. Unfortunately, it was just too hot to enjoy the game room as temps exceeded 100 degrees every day during our visit. Would recommend adding an industrial size fan for use during summer months. I highly recommend the property!
