Very kind and helpful staff. They were under quite a bit of construction during our stay so there was no use of the pool.

Venue was quiet. We only stayed one night.

The sliding glass door to the patio in our ground level room needed a good deal of strength to slide across wide enough to barely get a body thru..as if the track was either bent or clogged with? that prevented it from sliding. We’ve stayed in other rooms along this same section of the hotel before and have encountered same thing. The entry door in the back nearest to the pickleball court sits down in a depression at the bottom of steps and is always broken plus the area itself is filthy, as it has been for at least the past 5 years. Marriott would NOT be happy with the appearance of this. Overall, this hotel needs a major overhaul as its age is sadly overshadowing the positives of the hotel.
