Enjoy beautiful views of the emerald coast from every window in this spacious 3 bed 2 bath condo. We have prepaid for beach services (2 chairs and an umbrella) from March-October.
Take the elevator directly to the 8th floor and the condo is located on the east end which provides gorgeous views of the emerald gulf water.

The master and one of the guest bedrooms each have a king bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and a set of twin bunks.
The property includes private beach access, a private pool, BBQ area on the lake, gym, tennis courts, and pickle ball courts, and a sauna.
We have recently added a foosball table for fun, family tournaments.
We are never excited about rules either, but of course they are necessary. We try our best to maintain a clean, high-quality property and thank you so much for understanding!
Age Requirement: While we fully understand that age doesn’t determine responsibility, our Home Owners Association requires that, “each unit must have an adult over the age of 25 years residing in the unit during the duration of stay. There are no exceptions to this rule. Guests will be subject to being removed from property if not in compliance.”
Guest Limit: No more than the number of guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight at the condo, with a maximum of 8. Prior approval is required for any additional daytime guests, with a maximum of 4. Any violations could result in a cancellation of the reservation without any refund provided.
Parties: We do not allow parties, group events, or gatherings of any kind. Any violation of this will result in an immediate cancelation of the reservation without any refund provided.
Noise: The Home Owners Association policy states “No excessive noise, music or disturbances will be tolerated on Shoreline Towers property at any time.” Please be courteous of other guests and owners on the property. Repeat offenders could have their reservation cancelled without any refund provided.
Pets: We cannot allow pets or emotional support animals of any kind due to a severe allergy of one of our children. When this happens, we are forced to shut down our condo for extensive deep cleaning to return it to an allergen-free environment. In addition to health concerns, our condo HOA has a strict policy against animals. For the health of our child and other guests, we respectfully request that you seek booking elsewhere with a pet-friendly rental.
A violation of our pet policy will result in a cancelation of the reservation without any refunds provided, and a $2500 cleaning fee will be assessed.
While federal ADA regulations protects guests traveling with service animals (this does not include emotional support animals), we do ask that you disclose them on the front end when booking. We do need to know if the service animal is required for a disability and what work or task has the service animal been trained to perform. The guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by the service animal. A guest’s service animal must not be: • Out of control • Unhousebroken • Left alone at the listing without prior approval • Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest • Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest’s control
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside our condo, as well as in all common areas of Shoreline Towers property. Common areas include but are not limited to walkways, stairways, foyers, parking garages, and entrances. This policy applies to any lit cigarette, cigar, pipe, vape, or other products containing tobacco or similar substances. Contact Security Personnel for a map of the designated property smoking areas. Any smoking inside of our condo will result in a $2500 cleaning fee. Because of the fire hazard, candles are not allowed in the condo, except for birthday candles that are not left unattended.
Damage of property: The guest is responsible for any damage caused to our property. Full replacement cost or cleaning cost will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
