This 1 bedroom unit sleeps 4 with a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room.

Holiday Surf 609 has recently been updated with a brand new kitchen that not only looks amazing but opens up the unit entirely. New dining room furniture, king size bedroom mattress, big screen TV and tile floors throughout make this a super rental.

Enjoy the magnificent views of Destin`s beach as you sit back and relax on your large private balcony and enjoy the spectacular views of the white sand beach and sparkling Emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Beautiful location
Overall the place was wonderful! Only complaint was the bathroom had some mold in the grout that made the bathroom look dirty. However, the condo otherwise was very clean and comfortable! The view of the beach was great! All the staff were also very kind!

I thought this condo was a good fit for my partner and I. I loved how close it was to the beach. We were able to rent a umbrella and two beach chairs all included. It was close to all the stores and restaurants. It was reasonable priced as well.

Perfect Getaway
This property is right on the beach. You can walk from your room to the beach in 3 minutes. The property is clean and well kept. The staff are friendly. The location is perfect—-just a short drive to restaurants. We have stayed at this property twice and hopefully will stay many more times!

We had such a wonderful time. The location could not be any better, far enough from the craziness of the strip but not too far and right on the beach. I was already looking at going back before we made it home. As some of the others said, some of the decor in our unit was a bit dated but I just expect that with a beach home. The bed was a little rough and could probably be updated. The room was clean-just a little bit of sand here and there but again... its on the beach so kind of expected. The linen exchange was twice per week and laundry facilities on site if needed outside of that. The front desk was awesome and helpful when needed; as well as other residents and guests. The pool was beautiful and quite big. Every single room has an ocean view which is beautiful. There were tennis courts and shuffle board that were all well kept as well, we just don't play. I would definitely recommend Holiday Surf and Racquet as well as our room host (rm 609) Like I said we will be back in the future for sure. Thanks everyone for the kindness

Condo is an older unit-could use some cosmetic work on the ceilings and bathroom area. Very disappointed in the amount of “smoking” going on outside the balcony. I’m all for a good time but all day and most of the night is a little excessive. The staff in the office are super friendly:) Unit had 1 blanket and it should probably be thrown away.

The resort is out dated, however it was clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The view from the balcony was great. Easy access to the beach. No need to get in the car and drive. Grocery stores, eateries, and shops are nearby.

The location, beach, and pool were excellent. Good value for money. Condo in need of updating but adequate and very clean. Need extra sheets and blanket for couch. Need to equip closet so that renters can actually use it. I would stay here again.

This property is in an excellent location with a great view of the beach & gulf from the balcony! The only negative point is the décor & furnishings. Nothing has been updated in quite some time. Other than this is was a great place to vacation!!

Nice beach View, but outdated property
Beachy older condo, property is out dated with very dinky pool but overall it was decent stay. Staff was nice and responsive. Beach front property with nice view. Lots of traffic in and out of area but it was nice to be in a gated community. Wont be staying that far west again... after driving up to Miramar and Watercolor we have decided it's a better fit for us next time.
