Holiday Surf 321 is completely renovated and nicely decorated. This professionally designed condo encompasses mid-century and vintage coastal furnishings that exemplify nostalgia, comfort, and relaxation.

The gulf-front master suite with balcony access features a 60-inch flat-screen Smart TV. The master bedroom has a new king-sized bed with new mattress. The master bedroom also boasts floating nightstands and a mid-century dresser. The master bath has been completely redesigned with a sliding barn door, large vanity, walk-in shower with a rain head faucet, and light blue penny tile. The reclaimed wood mirror adds further vintage flair.

The second bedroom has its own remodeled bath with blue vanity, new tub, and subway tile. The guest bedroom features a custom built twin over queen bunk. Additionally, it has a large flat-screen TV & DVD player.

The living room boasts an L-shape sectional with plush pillows, custom reclaimed wood beam, beautiful furnishings, entertainment center, and 60-inch flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD player.

The dining room features vintage chairs and table that comfortably seats six.

The remodeled kitchen features Meridian gray quartz counter-tops, subway tile backsplash, white upper cabinets, turquoise lower cabinets, and new refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The peninsula has vintage tin from the early 1900s. Directly across from the kitchen, the pantry door is from the 1800s, adding yet another custom vintage feel.

This 3rd floor unit’s location within the complex has spectacular views from balcony, master bedroom, and living and dining rooms. The balcony houses a reclaimed teak wood table and chairs, at which you can enjoy the views of the white sands, blue waters, and sounds of the waves while observing the dolphins.
