Electric went out the sometime in the morning. Understood totally out of your control but the fact that I didn’t get any notification from management was unacceptable. Once power came on the televisions were out. I contacted the number given again to report issues. I was told someone would contact me to fix the issue. Fast forward to a whole day later before I received a call..literally 5 minutes after the televisions started working again. I’m guessing it was the internet but not sure. Third day at the beach was told by a gentleman that we could not be there because it was for only the people at Emrald Suites resort. Was not even asked where we stayed. At this point I didn’t have it in me to ask anything. Just packed up our things and left. The previous two days nothing was said. Outside of all the issues with our room the trip was nice.
