The spacious interior can accommodate up to four guests and the family dog, making this an ideal location for families and groups of friends. The full kitchen has large countertops and stainless steel appliances to make mealtimes a breeze. Step out to the furnished balcony and enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. This condo is tucked away on the middle/backside of the property which was nice and quiet. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach & looked over the tennis courts & bay.

Loved the location!

We had such an amazing trip to Destin! The location of the condo was perfect! We enjoyed golf, pickle ball, fishing, the beach, food, the boardwalk and Crab Island! The private beach was beautiful! White sand and no seaweed! There was private beach parking or it was a short walk from the condo. The security made us feel very safe. The location of the condo was near anything you could possibly need or want. The condo itself was nice. We were really only there to sleep and shower. It’s nothing fancy or bougie, but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay again! It’s a great value for everything that is included. *I would not recommend this specific condo for those that have trouble with stairs.

Very nice Destin condo but beware of traveling with toddlers.

This was a very nice condo. Spacious with a long balcony. Came with all of the necessary beach gear. It was next to tennis courts and short walk to the pool. Short drive or walk to the beach across the highway. Restaurant in walking distance as well. If traveling with toddlers, this condo does not have a lock on the front door so if your toddler wanted to open the door and walk outside they could (ours did). And it’s on the third floor and there’s no elevator. Only stairs. But overall a great place to stay.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed the location and private access to the beach. The living pace came with it’s own covered parking space which made getting in and out convenient. We were new to the term beach service, so we went thinking that the chairs and umbrellas were at the home. Instead, they came with the private beach and you had to check in and they would assign you to a set of chairs and umbrellas already set up on the beach. I have no complaints and will be looking to book this property again in the future.

Very nice unit. TV in the master bedroom didnt work the whole stay. Never got fixed after i called the day we checked in. Overall ut was a nice place to visit.

Beautiful view

This is a huge resort with many amenities. The beach is within walking distance which was very nice. The condo had everything needed. All you need is your clothes. My only negative comment is that I didn't realize there were so many steps leading up to the unit. I have back issues and it made it very difficult to get into the unit. That is my fault - I should have done more research. I think I thought there would be an elevator which would have made things perfect! I would definitely recommend this resort!

Honeydoomed! No AC upon arrival!

Words cannot capture the depth of our sorrow and the heartbreak we felt during the two days we spent in this property for our honeymoon. Forced to sleep on the kitchen floor in 86-degree heat, we discovered that management was well aware of the broken AC before our arrival. We learned this when we had to file another ticket to get it fixed, and the customer service representative confirmed they knew about the issue. Instead of resolving it, they had installed a swamp cooler in the laundry window, which offered only a weak semblance of relief. After a grueling seven-hour drive, we were given no advance notice of the situation. When we finally managed to speak with someone, it took over 24 agonizing hours for the house to begin to cool down. Tragically, as we were checking out on our last day, the home finally reached a comfortable temperature—just as we were packing up to leave. This experience will forever be etched in our memories, but unfortunately, not for the reasons we had hoped

We stayed during the height of Spring break and encountered roaches every single night in the condo. When we contacted Vacasa, it took 2 days for an exterminator to come and by that point it was the end of our trip. Hopefully the owners can get this place exterminated and free of pests.

3 Ladies and 2 Schnauzers

Once you get through the stairs, the location is nice. I booked this location through VRBO, the listing says dog fees are included but it’s $20 per dog for additional dogs, also shows no stairs nor is there mention of a 2nd Floor. The Vacasa listing I was sent a link to after my stay says it’s on the 2nd floor, however that down plays the stairs still. It’s 4 flights up which is 36 steps up splintered wood steps, no elevator and on a down pour raining day, it can be an experience to navigate luggage, groceries, water, a person with mobility issues and a blind dog. Taking 2 dogs to go potty, it added 72 steps each time 2 elderly dogs had to go potty or take a walk. The beaches in the area do not allow dogs. The day we departed it was a down pour day and I personally went up and down 25 times to pack the vehicle. That’s 1800 steps I did alone for that one function. So just mentioning it’s on the 2nd floor is a down play on Vacasa’s description but it’s not on VRBO at all. I’d call it the 3rd floor. When we checked in, the security gate was a bit creepy about requesting dog tag numbers and dates for rabie vaccinations etc and collecting the additional $10 fee per dog. This is not for Vacasa but Sand Piper Cove creating this policy. Their security gate ppl did not know how to handle this it felt like it was not apart of normal operation.
