Unfortunately, the room we were initially assigned was very noisy. The walls were extremely thin—we could hear conversations from other guests, traffic from the road, and even a washing machine running at 2am right outside our door. “Nice property but AC needs maintenance. The AC in our suite dripped and was causing water damage to the wall. Pool is nice.”

“The location of the hotel was excellent right in the middle of Port Douglas can walk everywhere. The main part of the room was quite small so it felt very cramped with our luggage. The bathroom was large, and the shower was very comfortable. The one major drawback for us was that there was a lot of scares climbing up and down to the second floor. Due to our very large and full luggage, it was very difficult climbing up and down.”
