“The service was poor we barely had any towels we kept on asking for towels and were told that they’re short of towels. Hand towel was only given once the cleaning people never even checked in if we needed additional towels finally, we got towels a day later. The hotel was very dirty. The light of the room didn’t work.
They changed me to another room.
