“The Air condition was not working,I told the staff,she sent the security guard to have a look,he couldn't fixed it.Instead of moving us into another room,they keep us on that same room and I couldn't sleep as the room was too warm.”

“Beautiful place. Check in was a bit of a struggle . As no confirmation email nor text with instructions were received and multiple calls were needed to be made . To finally receive it via WhatsApp. Internet was also an obstacle. Did end up connecting to an alternative connection . When maintenance came they said that it looked like the internet had not been paid on the units specific wifi. Bbq was also not clean - rest of the place was clean however.
