“There was some confusion over the breakfast inclusion. I had paid extra but when we were there for check in staff said it is not included. So we had show them email. It was resolved after but should not have happened at the first place.”

“The morning breakfast was excellent with many items served. I would like to compliment the chef for his expertise in food selection and taste. The reservation included many amenities that were not provided initially. When I complained about them at the front desk, I was told they have to be requested which was not clear to us. Once we were transferred into a better room after complaining, everything worked out very well. We will stay there again but will request things at check in or right……
