This unit welcomes pets with prior approval. A $150 fee per pet applies. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a furry friend. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture sanitization. Please step outside to smoke and be at least 25 feet away from the property. All smoke waste shall be disposed inside the dumpster in the parking lot.
★ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ★
To maintain the comfort and cleanliness of the home for all guests, we do not allow parties or events. Please treat the property with respect, just as you would your own.

Security cameras are installed around the exterior of the property and in the shared laundry area. There are no cameras inside the unit.
