Overall very spacious place. All basic necessities provided like coffee, creamer, lotion, just anything extra. Extremely quick, helpful & friendly responses to all inquiries. Had some groceries delivered ahead of time & they put them in the fridge.
TVs in every room with signed in accounts for easy access. Great and safe location. Will stay here again.

Absolute wonderful location, just a block from Beale St. and a short walk to downtown to the north, the National Civil Rights Museum by the Lorraine Motel to the south, and multiple restaurants along Main St. to the west. The NBA Memphis Grizzlies and the Rock & Soul Museum are across the street. Sun and Stax Record Studio Museums are just 1 and 2 miles away. Hotel staff were welcoming and warm.

The AC unit in the room rattled loudly, there was no clock at all, no microwave or note pad and pen. The hotel did not provide even a continental breakfast and the onsite restaurant was very expense. The pool was nice, but no hot tub. However, the room was quite and clean.
