“When I found out this pet friendly hotel charges an additional $150 a night for a dog I was shocked. . When I questioned the amount, the front desk clerk was rude. Also, she said that I had only reserved one room and my Expedia reservation clearly said two. Again, she was rude and abrupt. I finally figured out that the second room was in my Granddaughter’s name . I had difficulty with the app on the washer and dryer and had to make about five trips to the front desk to ask for help.”

The appartement is the best place you can imagine for your stay in Memphis: nice neighbourhood, near all the sights, lovely old house which is spotlessly clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. “My partner and I booked pretty last minute after staying in a disaster budget hotel and this place was a godsend. The parking lot has plenty of space and if you're nervous about the narrow driveway, there's plenty of street parking. I booked through a third party and I think that's why I had issues with check-in - the info is supposed to unlock once you're within check-in time and complete the pre-check-in survey, but it didn't unlock for me - however I emailed the owner and got it sorted out……
