"Owner was accommodating. Place was clean and nice for the price. The entrance was a little off putting but once you get past that, it was good to go. "My main complaint was the listing said basic soaps To me that should include shower soap- all other places I have stayed have as well as shampoos We arrived at the property at 10 pm and had to go out to the store to buy soap so we could all shower in the morning That was the major disappointment. "We were the first guests of the season and our hosts were wonderful! The space is smallish and clean with a comfy bed and excellent a/c. It was just enough space for my husband and I. The apartment is right on the lake and has a fantastic view. Nothing is super close out there (as is the case with most of the Finger Lakes region), but there are some great restaurants in the nearby towns, beautiful state parks and tons of water activities. Highly recommend staying at Carmella and Rod's place!"

"Christine is an amazing host. A party of 17 of us visited the house in May 2024, and it was perfect for us. House was very clean, spacious, with lots of extra towels and bedding, A/C, fans, nicely equipped kitchen, gorgeous backyard with lots of space for kids to play, scenic beach access, etc. Our stay was extremely comfortable and we had an amazing time.
