Super clean room, great staff, great breakfast and services.

The rooms were excellent. The food was excellent. Staff was excellent. The beach was excellent. The pool needs some work.

Everything was great overall; only thing was there was no breakfast included which we had signed up for and paid for. It seemed like we stayed in a condo without room service etc. We didn't have our room cleaned or sheets changed or anything like that (not by choice). Apparently to get breakfast we had to order through some guy who would pick it up at a restaurant and then deliver it all for a fee and whatever the cost of the food is. One of our bathroom sinks was leaking heavily underneath. Coming from where we were prior though I can't complain. The pool was great, and the woman at reception was also wonderful.

En general todo estuvo bueno. La comida del buffet puede mejorar en cuanto al sabor. El servicio del front desk definitivamente tiene que mejorar es mi única queja, no explican bien los servicios del hotel al momento del check in. Los meseros muy atentos. El staff de entretenimiento es excelente siempre con actividades para los huéspedes. Las noches con música en vivo. En los restaurantes la comida es mucho mejor. La limpieza del cuarto es todos los días. El servicio del spa muy bueno cogi un masaje y me encantó! Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme. El hotel es súper tranquilo, la playa es hermosa me gustó mucho mi estadía.

The staff, food, pool, bars, and beach were absolutely perfect!!! The only issues we had were with the rooms. They’re very outdated and some of the stuff in the bathroom were falling apart or not clean enough. Our jetted tub in our room definitely needs replacing as it was very dirty. They’re also only 1 outlet in between the bed for charging electronics so take that into consideration.
