Resort is amazing. Very friendly staff, amazing food and rooms, clean and very nice beach front and atmosphere. Overall amazing place to getaway and rest.

Clean, overlooking a beautiful beach. The staff was excellent. Did not give it a higher rating because at times there was nothing to eat. For an all inclusive, this is not the standard. However the food options were good when the buffet was open.

For the price I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were awesome. They helped us with every request we had. Graccie House was on a quiet street yet close to anything you could need. A 5 minute walk to the Malecon where we found some excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.

Staff is amazing! Restaurants are from just ok to really great. Tanaka was avarage. Not high class definitely. They ask at the very beginning what you want including (!) the desert. This is the first time it happened to us in any restaurant. Noone asked during the dinner if we need anything etc. The Brazilian restaurant was amazing. Great food and great staff. Rooms very clean.

Really accommodating, friendly, nice, professional, helpful and available staff. Entertainment staff (Louis, Franklin, Louis, Antonio, Evelin, Yufreisi etc. are great and work really hard with day & evening activities. They have something different every night and try to get everyone involved. We had a great time at all the parties and shows. Bartenders were great, plentiful and super friendly (Dorka, Carlos, Franklin, etc.). Pool and beach are beautifully set up and clean. Rooms are a nice size, full beds & an extra cot they added that was comfortable w/ couch and back porch area.
