"The sofa bed was stained and service in the fed restaurant was slow but otherwise a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. They even offered us $100 credit as our room wasn’t ready at check in and came to make up our sofa bed as bedding was not provided in the room. The beds were amazingly comfy and the shower was wonderful. They also stored some parcels we had delivered for free. Exceptional service"

"Room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpfull and location couldn'thave been more perfect. The bathroom however, was an issue...no water pressure in the shower, conditioner hanging in the shower, was either broken or empty and the toilet was so low that I almost dislocated my hip revision. I don't really need a handicap accessible room but I guess I should have requested one. We didn't eat here after considering the limited options."
