“The location was great. The condo itself was very clean, and had everything you needed. I had limited communications with the managers and received my check out instructions after we left... Lots of noise from the upstairs neighbors. There are no drawers in the condo, and the closets were full of extra blankets with limited hangers.”

“Nice clean condo close to okemo. With so many options though it was disappointing to learn the shuttle didn't run in April when we were there. Had we known that we would have chosen a less expensive option. We also ran out of power for a little bit. And we had 18" of snow they never once showed up to shovel. The owner didn't seem sympathetic to either of those situations. You're not allowed to ask questions off hours unless it's an emergency so you have no support unless it's during banking...

“We stopped to pick up the key cards at 3:35, they were not in the lock box. We were going to pick up the cards then continue to see a friend on the way to the condo. Called vacasa number and got a person, She said someone would get back to us with in 60 minutes. it's now 3:45, check in time is 4:00. At 3:44 I got an email saying "your eligible for early check in" At 3:50 the cleaning lady shows up with the key cards and an attitude an " well your not suppose to check in until 4:00", It's at...

“We’ve stayed at Winterplace several times, and this was the best in term of proximity to the hill (G building sits right next to the A-Quad drop off), cleanliness, upkeep (some WP units can be a little dated/beat), and layout. Was also well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Very satisfied.”

“The condo was perfect, just what we were looking for. Vacasa is the management firm and they are very difficult to work with. They gave us the wrong door code to begin with so after trying to open the door in the freezing cold with children at night we had to go back to the car and wait on hold to get in touch with vacasa to eventually get the right code. The condo comes with two parking passes but we had a third card as the condo accomodates 10 people. I asked vacasa where a 3rd car could park...

“My husband, son and 3 of his friends stayed at Andrew's condo. The boys are seniors and for them it was a senior trip and first time skiing! Had a blast! The condo is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Modern with all the amenities but also cozy. Kitchen had everything and more that we needed. State of the art appliances, washer/dryer and heating. Andrew responded very quickly to any questions/needs that arose. Great host! Would definitely book again if available. Only a 5 minute drive...

“The property was as described. Very clean and plenty of extra towels/linens. Very convenient location as it was within walking distance to village. Communication with owner was no problem. Bedrooms could use some blinds for the windows.”

“It was very clean and area is beautiful. The pictures did not show inside stairs and i just had back surgery. It was very difficult for me on stairs. I wish i knew that before booking.. Also the couch in living room was terrible to sit in. If they remodeled the upstairs, i would stay again. Thank you”

“My family really enjoyed this Lake House. The beautiful views of the lake were breathtaking. The house had everything we needed for preparing meals. The kitchen was functional and generally well equipped. The beds in the house were particularly comfortable. We enjoyed early morning coffee on the deck with perfect views of the lake. The location was great. Lots of wonderful hiking trials in close proximity. My only suggestion to the owners is to give the house a good deep cleaning. Nonetheless,...
