Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. Fortunately someone from VaCasa was able to assist with access. Was at property for a Hill Climb event outside of ski season so cannot rate how good the skiing was but unable to continue survey without choosing a star, hence one star.”

“This was not a good stay, the unit was not very clean, we came in late at night for a one night stay, saw lots of ants, heavily stained rugs and there was lots of deferred maintenance in general. The Murphy bed squeaked every time we rolled over or got in and out, the tiny fan was not sufficient and there was no ac, the windows were filthy and did not all operate properly. Overall felt like the owner could do many things to improve the unit. ”
