As others have mentioned, the three bedrooms on the lower level don't have AC. We were comfortable with the extra fans we brought. The community tennis court and grassy area of the park are just a short five-minute walk away, where we played pickleball and spikeball. The location is excellent: wonderfully rural, but close (15 minutes) to restaurants and attractions in Manchester, Vt.
