We always enjoy our stay at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort. I love that they are pet friendly, go above and beyond with a little welcome baggie for our dog, the grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed walking the trails and property grounds. The option to have room service was amazing, the food was delicious, my services at the spa were delightful and the staff was so kind in all the departments. We look forward to a return trip soon.

The building and lobby were beautiful and the staff were very pleasant. The room was disappointing. First thing I noticed was the weird smell. The carpet was dirty and the floors looked like they haven’t been mopped in a while. The sheets, also had an off smell to them. I was so happy that I brought a travel size hotel cleaning kit with me and even then I was still a bit uncomfortable.

The property is conveniently located with easy access to Main Street. The on-site amenities are phenomenal including heated pool, beer and wine, and a 24 hour lobby for additional assistance. Clean and easy on the budget. We’ll definitely be back…..soon.
