We recently stayed at the RIU Plaza Chicago and chose it primarily for its outstanding location—and it absolutely delivered. With easy access to all the main tourist attractions, it made exploring the city effortless.
From the moment we arrived, everything impressed us. The hotel and our room were spotless, modern, and exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast each morning was superb, with a wide range of high-quality options that set us up perfectly for the day.
A definite highlight—and an absolute must-do—is the rooftop bar. The views are simply sublime, and the cocktails are just as impressive. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day in the city.
A special shoutout to Tony Lopez and Lester, who looked after us throughout our stay. Their service was outstanding, and they are a real credit to the RIU brand.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Until then, keep doing the amazing things you are!
