Nice place to stay for games at the United Center and to walk to restaurants on Randolph. Kids liked the indoor pool too. But parking was a joke since it was a tiny garage and no option for valet or anything. And the breakfast was terrible....bad food, always out of stuff. I would stay for the location and if you just want a nice place to stay the night, but everything else is meh.
