Perfect spot if you love to walk or hike. Great swimming and fishing right off the dock. Enjoy the kayaks, stand up paddle or canoe and venture out for a paddle on this two chain lake. Lots to do in the area. Bancroft is 35 minutes away. Enjoy the BBQ or cooking with the full variety of spices in our fully equipped kitchen. End your day with a lovely fire at the pit or watch a movie in comfy theatre seating. We also have lots of games available for those rainy days. The cabin

The cabin was very cozy and a good size. Like the patio deck and dock area for our early morning coffee. Even the neighbors were friendly.

Very Nice

Ah-mazing family vacation at Little Straggle

A great spot for making memories. The cottage was clean, cozy and very well appointed. Christina and Michael have thought of every detail that makes the week truly relaxing, and were quick to respond to any questions we had. The kids had a blast exploring the lake on kayaks, while we enjoyed the dock. Highly recommend!

The perfect getaway for rest & relaxation!

From booking our stay to checking out, the entire process was so easy! Christina is very responsive if you need anything. They had the cutest surprise of Prosecco and a sweet souvenir for us when we arrived to celebrate getting married. They think of everything for their guests, right down to providing you with Tupperware for your leftover food to take home at the end of your stay. The cabin is incredibly clean and very cozy. They make you feel right at home. We ran into some car troubles upon checking out, which Christina was very understanding and supportive, even when we couldn't leave on time. They also have incredibly friendly neighbours who are willing to help you out. We definitely hope to rebook in the future!

Our first family vacation

We were blown away with the hospitality from Christine and Michael. This vacation was an absolute dream for our new little family. We enjoyed peaceful views relaxing on the dock, paddling away our mornings and taking our little one and dog swimming in the lake for their first times.. these memories will last us our lifetime!
