"Such a wonderful stay, we've already booked another. After a few other failed attempts in the area, we found this retreat. My father-in-law lives nearby, so this is a frequent destination for us. A large one bedroom/one bath, with fantastic sitting area both indoor and outside allowed us to relax here for hours. Oscar the cat is a nice attendant (just don't allow him inside). "I was in town for a conference attended by hundreds of high school theatre kids. Hotels get busy and noisy. This was a much better alternative. It was out away from the noise and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It was also not so far away that it took forever to find civilization. The property managers were great. There were little gifts in the loft upon my arrival that made me feel right at home. I would love to have stayed longer. If I am back in the area, I will certainly book this again....

"Charming & quaint. The Marigold River pod was 1 of 4 pods next to the Little Saluda River and woods. It was magical with the rippling sound of the river, the constant chirping of birds, and a turtle swimming downstream with the water current. An unexpected joy was the ability to open one side of the pod and have a full side view of the river and woods. Perfect for an afternoon siesta!
