“quality like a motel”

“The beds were clean and comfy. The bathroom however was extremely dated and it had a horrible odor. The floor area by the sink was dirty. Our feet were brown after walking on it. This place needs to be seriously updated.”

“The first room reeked of cigarettes despite booking a non-smoking room, and the bathroom was filthy. I requested a new room and was provided one; unfortunately, this room was also filthy. It did smell of cleaning chemicals, so I’m sure someone went in and did the bare minimum. There were stains all over the walls, paint peeling off, a dried noodle stuck to the wall, and the fridge had dents all over it from what I assume was someone punching it. There was also a clump of hair matted above the……

“STAY AWAY! This place is a rat hole and nothing more than a crack shack! Rooms were disgusting (when was moved from one disaster to another). Had to sleep on top of the blanket, wrapped in the blanket I brought. Staff was useless and unaccommodating. Rooms were missing cabinet doors, room entry door was jammed and had to be forced open. Since there is nothing g below a poor rating, we’ll give this a -10!”

“Never got check-in instructions. Way too much time spent dorking around st front door trying to get set Parking not clearly marked. For check out say the elevators did not respond to call buttons Good price, nice room but the overall experience was terrible. Kasa / Mint House just dropped the ball on the simplest of things”
