Edgewood Vacations from $553

Front desk check in was not good we arrived at 3 hoping to check in a little early but the the the could not there was 3 front desk clerks very rude just told us check in was at 4 o’clock so we went to find some place to eat . When we got back there was a line of people waiting to check in in and only 1 front desk clerk. Poor scheduling and poor service.

Staff gets an A+ for exceptional hospitality, great comfortable beds/bedding - cool ambiance overall!

I would've given this hotel 4.5 stars BUT the loud overnight staff ruined it. This is a beautiful hotel, with a decent continental breakfast and with a very nicely run shuttle service. HOWEVER, our room was next to the lobby, and the overnight staff was incredibly loud with their voices with complete disregard for sleeping guests. We were woken up several times overnight and my husband finally had to.ooen the door letting them know they were too loud. This is not a cheap hotel.....guests pay a lot of money to stay here and should expect a quiet night of sleep. It's unfortunate the staff does not understand that. Therefore, we will not be back.

This place was quintessential Santa Fe. A lot of really nice details went in to the property. I felt safe and it was only about a 13 minute walk to the plaza. I was in one of the Commoner rooms. It is really small, only complaint was it needs more hooks for hanging jackets and perhaps in bathroom for towels. The sink is also a little trickle bc there isn’t anything besides a tiny shelf above for storing toiletries etc.. Over all loved it though - will definitely book again there some day.
