“I don’t think check in could be any easier. We used the bellhop grocery delivery service and arrived to a kitchen stocked with our groceries (eggs, milk, bottled water, fruits & vegs, cheese, etc. We were able to cook every day and found all the appliances, utensils, pans, etc. we needed. Nice gas stove, large refrigerator/freezer, hot pot all in good order. ”

“From my first contact w the host, I knew this would be a great experience. There were four of us traveling from Arizona. The host Jodi was polite, quick to reply and welcoming. Upon arrival the check-in process was seamless and the apartment was very tidy. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the A/C worked efficiently to keep us comfortable. The private patio was a fun bonus. The place was quiet and tucked away from the main road. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the cute……

“This condo is truly a step above! We found the location to be perfect spot for the things we wanted to do and close to good restaurants, don’t miss La Nena, within walking distance! The condo itself is beautifully appointed with a thoughtful nod to Hollywood. The hospitality with complimentary champagne, wet bar and snacks was very much appreciated! The building also has a pool and a fitness center that we did not take advantage of, but I’m sure some other folks would love it. ”

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood.
