“Arrived with a track team for the big Arcadia track meet. Excited to find an affordable place 20m from the track. Very quiet area which was great. House offered plenty of sleeping spaces and extra towels, blankets etc which was very nice. It was very bare bones but was great for a two night stay. I would just suggest a good cleaning of the walls, other than that it was very clean…especially the floors. They had lots of kitchen appliances so that was nice to have the options. Ac worked great.……

“The apartment was very nice, clean and well appointed. The location worked well for us (Rose Parade and Rose Bowl game were our main activities). It was a rainy time in Altadena and we encountered some rainwater leaking from a cabinet in our first morning. The staff/ownership were responsive. ”

“This place is easy to get to and it is close to everything. The kitchen has everything and there is a couple of grocery stores within 1 mile. The air conditioning/ heating is controlled in each room which makes it very comfortable. I highly recommend this place.”
