“Great communication about property and surrounding area. Well equipped kitchen but microwave on top of refrigerator, very high. Great fire ring outside and close walk to lake. Nice shower upstairs but also need shower downstairs as tub inaccessible for most seniors. Windows everywhere so felt we were living in the woods.”

“Selfishly I don't want to give a good review so it is available for us whenever we want it. Two hours after we got there a huge storm came through and knocked the power out. They were very responsive and kept us up to date when the power was going to be back on. We were very appreciative of that.”

“Everything was as promised! Clean, quiet, close to everything, Mercato shops were fabulous and dining experience at Trattoria Stella deserved Michelin stars. Owner was extremely responsive. Took a minute to figure out streaming TV and no local channels could be found but we are a little technology challenged. We loved the space!!!”

“This home is absolutely lovely in every way. Two couples stayed and the set up was perfect. Ensuite primary bathroom and second bedroom with bathroom right next to the room. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable as well. It was perfect accommodations. Thank you Kim for a fabulous stay at your home. The little touches like snacks and wine left for us were lovely as well.”

“This place is great. Very well decorated, clean and full of amenities, especially for kids. The toys/books in the house kept my little one busy all weekend. Everything was very clean and the property manager was on top of all of our questions/concerns. The location is also great, close to everything. Would highly recommend. One thing to note, this place does have a lot of stairs. We have old dogs and they had an issue going up and down them so just throwing it out there for anyone who might be...

“My wife and I just spent 5 days at Red Timbers. It was one of the nicest homes we've stayed in and excellently appointed and stocked. The location is 10 minutes from Traverse City but overall the location is perfect to explore all of Leelanau County; Suttons Bay, Leland, Glenn Arbor, Sleeping Bear sand dunes, and the Pearce Stocking drive. The master bed was incredibly comfortable to sleep on and that is something I am a real stickler about. We lived in Traverse City for over 20 years and know...

“Everything was very simple..which i like..lol the house was clean..nice set up..and the view is everything! If i had any complaints, it would be the pots and pans are a little out dated..very much used alot..lol but overall stay was wonderful, and i would totally go back!”
