"The location is perfect to experience the old part of the city. Easy to get to Tiananmen Square and Parks. Recommend hiring a bicycle to look around. The Staff were all very helpful. The room was very clean and they did our laundry free of charge. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again."

I had the opportunity of meeting the General Manager as she has the good habit of interacting with customers to make them feel like at home, she is a very dynamic lady and a great problem solver, would definitely go back to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel."

"The location is pretty far from tourist attractions but easily accessible via didi rides. Staffs are helpful and polite. The breakfast venue is always packed with people but staff always tried their best to help. Food almost never change for the 7 days stay there so if there are more variety it will be nicer. "
