If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience."

"We were pleased, as we always are, with the Holo Mersey apartment organization. This apartment was within easy walking distance of everything a tourist might want to see yet far enough away to feel like you were living like a local. Our host was on top of everything from the get go. Days before our check in we were informed of the procedure for arriving after hours, a pick up was arranged and we were set up in our hotel after with absolutely no issue. "Staff pleasant. Rooms comfortable and good size. Did not eat any food or drink at the hotel. Male member of staff at check in not as warm and welcoming as expected. Sauna: water in wooden bowl very dirty. I had to clean very well wooden bowl and spoon before using, they need replacing. Remember to ask housekeeping to clean the fitness area including sauna and steam room. I would stay at this hotel again. "
