The bedrooms feature luxurious hotel-quality beds, linens, pillows, blankets, ceiling fans, and shutters for room darkening. The primary bedroom offers an eastern king size bed and on-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two XL-twin size beds and a detached adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower. The bathrooms are stocked with common toiletries and Native brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, glassware, cookware, bakeware, common utensils and accessories, Nespresso coffee bar with condiments, common dried herbs and spices, and an assortment of bottled drinks and snacks, filtered water and ice. This townhome is minutes from renowned Moonlight and Swami's Beaches, Rancho Santa Fe, shops, restaurants, bars, main thoroughfares, and Interstate 5\. 30-minute drive to Downtown San Diego, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Safari Park, Sea World, 15-minute drive to Legoland, 1.5-hour drive to Disneyland, and a 2-hour drive to Los Angeles. We are very near to popular hiking trails, horseback riding, renowned golf, and other outdoor activities. Technology includes: \- High-speed internet access. \- Three televisions - one in the living room and one in each bedroom, and a variety of popular streaming services for which you may use our provided accounts or your own. \- Sonos wifi speaker. \- Sans whole-home air purifier (optional use). \- EcoBee smart thermostat. OUTDOOR AMENITIES INCLUDE: \- Comfortable outdoor sectional sofa with market umbrella, cafe lights, and gas fire table in front yard. \- Dining table and four chairs on sideyard with adjacent built-in gas grill. \- Conversation area with two chairs and market umbrella on back patio. \- Well-maintained native plants in all areas.
