The person in the room next door blasted her TV until 2am watching awful game shows and trashy sitcoms. Impossible to sleep. Requested manager to negotiate without resolution. She refused to turn down the TV. Loud train passing every thirty minutes. The term "Rodeway" is literal. It is right next to a busy road with lots of traffic and noise. Old and dirty room with moldy shower. Very trashy. On check-in the desk person had stated that they planned to charge a service fee on top of everything else. I explained that I had already paid Expedia which included all taxes and fees, and that they could not randomly raise the price after I had already paid. The ceiling looked like it was falling apart, and the bathroom was downright filthy—there were literal stains in the tub. The carpet was extremely dirty, to the point that I couldn’t stay in that room. I requested to switch rooms, but the second one wasn’t much better. The bathroom was still gross, and overall the room felt just as poorly maintained. I understand the property is undergoing renovations, but construction noise continued well into the night. On top of that, the images shown online appear to be of the renovated rooms and do NOT reflect the actual rooms currently available.
