“Beautiful home in a nice and quiet location. Its not two separate bedrooms, just 1 bedroom with another bed in the living room area but still provided exactly what we needed to be comfortable for out stay and have our privacy. Didn't really utilize the kitchen area as our goal was to explore the city, but location was absolutely wonderful for that! House made old house noises as part of its charm ”

“The entire stay was great! Everything I needed to be comfortable. The owner stayed in contact with me at check in and was available throughout my stay. Easy access - no stairs to climb. Very clean and well thought out for guests needs.”

“Wonderful spot! We would for sure book again. Only small recommendation would be for instructions for the shower. We finally figured it out but it is a unique set up. ”

“Perfect location for the 2 of us to enjoy SF, primarily Presidio, Golden Gate and Lands End area. Plus quick to get to Sausalito and Muir Woods, and Stinson Beach. The backyard space is very comfortable, and the unit is well appointed with amenities.Host very communicative, quick to respond to questions. Thank you Deanna!When we get back to the area this would be our 1st place to look ok!”

“Great value if you are intending to spend your time out and about. In a good location for both visiting the city and accessibility. Host left a friendly gift on arrival as well.It is frankly a bit tight, and the walls are a thin. So good for sleeping, but best for spending the day out.”

“We had a WONDERFUL experience at this cozy spot!! The owners were so gracious, and communication was EXCELLENT!! The place is very clean, cute and in the PERFECT location- close to restaurants, shopping and walking distance to the California Academy of Science . It is also a 2 min walk to public transportation. We can’t say enough good things about this place… We definitely recommend it!! Can’t wait to come back!! ”

“I'm so pleased to have found this little gem in the Sunset for our stay while my husband had a procedure at UCSF (about a 1 mile walk from the property). When we had to extend our stay due to medical complications, Dominic went out of his way to make it happen. The property is clean, uncluttered, has an excellently stocked kitchen, a comfortable bed, good water pressure with lots of hot water. I am a light sleeper and didn't hear a sound all night - or day either, for that matter. Dominic always...

“Property is between the ocean, Land’s End and the Golden Gate Park. We enjoyed one or more of these areas each day. As we did the Presidio and the Coastal Trail. There are terrific playgrounds near the house for young or older children. Restaurants are numerous one or two blocks away. Bus transportation is on the street. Neighborhood was very quiet.”

“I hosted my parents for a 2 month stay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. Loved the location, just minutes from major bus routes and the Golden Gate Park.
