“What a fantastic location and terrific penthouse experience! This property is ideally located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City but far enough from crazy traffic that noise was never a problem. The building is extraordinarily quiet and the neighborhood is very safe and secure. I can’t imagine a better Salt Lake City Experience than this one.”

“Great location. Centrally located in a safe area and close to everything. The unit was comfortable, very clean and modern. Had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great. Easy check-in and out. I would definitely recommend this property. ”

“Lovely space, comfy cozy! Perfect location for all of downtown activities. It is city life in an apartment so take earplugs if you're a light sleeper, as owner explains in description. The stairs were a bit to figure out, just take two trips with bags! Well worth it. Felt like home during my stay.”

“If you are attending the Salt Lake City conference center, this is a great location. Clean place and relaxing. Open bedroom concept so be aware if staying with work associates. But highly recommended ”

“The property is small, yet clean and well kept. However, there’s a few rough patches that need to be worked on1. The water heater is pretty loud, it sounds like someone is running a washing machine the whole night2. There’s a Kurig machine but absolutely no pods!3. The bathroom has no hook/rack for towels or clothes. And the shower curtain is shorter than needed, so the floor is wet after shower4. Last but not least, THE CENTRAL HEATER DIDNT WORK the entire 3-day stay while it was snowing……

“This place was great! Excellent top notch communication from the host. Very clean - plenty of room for us - we had 7 here and no problems. It’s a 25 minute walk to the Salt Palace but we found the Trax which is close by and that was super easy to get there without a long walk. Highly recommend staying here!”

“If you require peace and quiet, this is not a good place to stay. The tennats in the building are noisy, the noise from the street is loud, the HVAC is loud, and there seemed to be a trash pickup right outside window every morning around 4am. The owner of the apartment did not provide clear instructions and would not answer a phone call. Their provided instructions seemed like a template with key information missing. When we arrived, we were locked out of the building without instructions on……

“This is our second time staying here while we attended a concert in Salt Lake City. The location and the space are incredible. Very comfortable for a group of 10 and you don’t have to worry about being a little noisy as it is right over the Benihana restaurant. Out the door (down the steps) and grab an electric scooter and you are ready to explore. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Excellent host (so responsive and kid!) and the space was amazing. So walkable to everything, the loft itself could be in a magazine. The beds were so fluffy and comfy. Finally, the instructions our host sent to us about getting into the building were so helpful! If traveling to SLC again, would 100% book this space. ”
