“The apartment was clean, cosy, comfortable , compact and well equipped, situated in the centre of Old Town Lyon. We only stayed for two nights so it was an ideal location for us. The nearby cafe owners were very helpful and kind. Despite a thunderstorm during the afternoon of our stay we found plenty to do, visiting the nearby marionette museum and using the vehicular railway to see the basilica.,”

“This apartment is gorgeous! It is thoughtfully appointed with high quality appliances and fixtures, and a comfortable bed. Being on the top floor, we appreciated the elevator. Guillaume extended a warm welcome and orientation upon our arrival and responded promptly to any subsequent questions we had. The location is within walking distance of most sites (including Old Lyon) and amenities such as groceries, a good boulangerie, and numerous restaurants. “The hallway leading to the apartment was not clean. We entered the apartment and found that an old leak in the living room was not fixed, so there was peeling paint and mold. There was a leak from the loft bedroom to the downstairs room and we had to use towels to dry it up, it took 24 hours to have the towels replaced. The dining room chairs were very soiled, we would not sit on them. It was not noted that there was no air conditioner, so during the hottest days of a heat wave we truly had a……

“My friend and I stayed here over the weekend for a wedding. Be forewarned: there are a lot of stairs both in the way from the metro and into the apartment but never fear we came up with a fool proof way to get through the treks: play Voulez-vous by ABBA and it’ll be a breeze. The place itself was small as was to be expected but still had plenty of space for the two of us for a couple of days. It’s quiet and the bed was comfy.”
