The staff was just amazing and attentive. The bathrooms showers were relaxing and bed /bedding so comfy ! Room was spacious. Temp control was easy especially bc we needed it to be cool to escape the heat outdoors. My 11 yo daughter and I loved the snacks and refreshments in lobby 24/7. "I LOVE this hotel! It’s in a prime location but was still quiet and peaceful. The rooms are modern and nicely renovated. The bed and pillows were perfect and clean. I had the best sleep I’ve ever had while traveling!
The day I arrived I was exhausted and disheveled coming off a red-eye flight. They were able to check me into my room early so I can freshen up and explore the city. I am so grateful!
And the best part? The staff! Specifically, Sara. She was so friendly and helpful in giving me restaurant recommendations. It was my birthday the day I checked in and she sent champagne and cake to my room, completely unexpected. It was a wonderful surprise and meant so so so much to me.
Overall, if I were to visit Lisbon again, I will definitely stay with this hotel. I am so glad that I was able to stay here for 3 whole nights.

"Very clean, nice rooms with superior air conditioning. Comfortable beds with nice bedding and very helpful front desk staff. Excellent breakfast buffet at their restaurant for a good value. The location is stellar, located between two main squares but only a two minute walk to each. You are in the center of everything--restaurants, shopping, sites. Lots of extra touches that are special. Free minibar in room with juice, beer and wine complementary. And cute kids toiletry kits in the room. We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon and the staff very friendly and there 24-7. Hotel is in an older building with modern decor. It has a smaller lobby and the cocktail lounge seemed to be closed but the restaurant was open early and closed late. "
