Room was clean with the exception of the hairs that were in the beds when we arrived. The TV’s did not work and had to get service for this and to fix the broken door so it would close. Also had to have them reset both beds and then the fire alarms went off multiple times anyone showered or the balcony door was open too long. When we called, they did take us seriously and attempted to correct these things but was inconvenienced with so much staff in and out. We had 5 people in the room at one time just on the first day. They compensated by allowing us to use the “nicer” pool (which I didn’t know was “signature” and required special rooms or $. All in all we were able to enjoy the time but it was not close to ideal.
