Please know that you cannot take fish remains to the dump. They have signs, and they told us they do not accept them. "While this location isn’t for everyone, I was so happy with it! We stayed here for a bee keeping class in Holly Hill. Property owner was so nice, the home was very clean, and we were able to bring our 2 dogs! The fenced in front yard was my favorite! I was also really happy with how well stocked it was- tin foil, good pots/pans, comfortable bed, waters & drinks, fans in every room, plenty of dishes, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. I also felt safe here. Perfect little getaway...

"This was a perfect location for a family get-together. The house was clean and the kitchen had enough dishes and cookware to accommodate a large group. The view from the screened in patio was gorgeous. The kids had a blast fishing from the peer and playing on the beach near the property. The host was very responsive to any questions. "Great location on Lake Marion. Dock is set up for fishing and we caught a few big ones. House itself is exactly as described. Maybe not the Ritz, but it's Lake Marion. It's perfect for what it is. Very nice screened in porch looking out over the water. Almost a low country feel to the property and views. About 5 min from 1-95 and 10 min from Santee Food Lion. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped appropriately. Great location for a golf weekend as well - plenty of decent courses...

"The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was much larger and nicer than the pictures suggest. The fenced backyard was very large, plenty of room to play fetch with our dogs, also enjoyed the front porch. Loved the decor, along with the comfort and coziness of the living room, we were able to do quite a bit of relaxing and enjoy our vacation."
