“The Rainforest Inn is in a class all by itself. The location is convenient to El Yunque Rainforest hikes and easy to get to. The accommodations (and fresh-tasty breakfast) are first rate. “The proprietor did not know he had guests staying with them. When I called he was surprised . First it is not what is advertised in the Expedia website. The location requires a 4x4, not a little truck, a Jeep Wrangler to get to it. The road to the location is not paved at all. It is all rocks, dirt, ruts on the ground and its location is high in the mountain, with gully’s and embankments to the jungle which could not be accessed by another vehicle (fire truck, ambulance or rescue). “Came for our Honeymoon and left with so much more! Lisa and Ryan are amazing! Greeted us with yummy drinks as we got out of the car and everything from there was top notch. “I had a great time staying in this private room. The hosts were very nice and helpful for whatever ever I needed and the room was very clean and has a really comfy bed. I liked how the room is separate from the rest of the house and has its own entrance/parking space. Noise does not travel through the walls so you still get a very private feel. I recommend this place 100%”

"Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10. Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience. "
