“The house was nice but could use some TLC. One of the downstair rooms needs a new mattress, the benches in the living room are in need of repair, and both showers upstairs need new shower heads. Overall, it is a comfortable house close to the rainforest and the Luquillo beaches.”

“Property is in a sketchy area. This is not a home. It is a 2 level deck with two bedrooms on the upper level. The kitchen and living room are outside. The only place to escape the heat is in the small bedrooms that only have a bed and two nightstands attached to the wall of which one was falling off.
