We caught many different fish right from the dock and enjoyed the proximity to downtown. The apartment is clean, well stocked, wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. “This is our 3rd year stating at the Spanish main in cocoa beach. While the usual condo we book there was not available, this particular condo was just as great! You can’t beat the location. The beach is amazing. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. Its close to everything…. A one hour drive to any Disney park. It truly is the perfect vacation spot. We even were lucky enough to see 2 space x rocket launches. The hosts were great and the condo was amazing. I would highly recommend this...

“This was our second stay at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time! We absolutely loved waking up to the beautiful sunrises over the ocean, the sounds of the waves as we fell asleep and the restaurant Coconuts on the Beach which is just next door. The location is perfect and while the pool looks underwhelming at first glance, it’s never crowded and my 12 and 15 year old love it!
