Every descriptions provided said we would have access to the water park. The only way to get access to the water park is pay a daily fee per person or be an owner of a time share there. So I had a broken hearted 7 year old little girl who was looking forward to water slides & lazy river & did not get that. They offered bingo while we were there, also a joke. Noone knew what was going on we were all given inaccurate information. It did not start on time because they did not have staff there for the event. We were standing in the rain waiting for someone to show up families with young kids it was a nightmare. It says they have room service but when tried we were told they do not offer delivery you have to go get it, that would have been fine but it was for my mom who is disabled and could not go get it so instead I had to pay outrageous delivery fees to use Uber to bring her food. When we tried to get help with her mobil scooter we'd rented it took forever b/c the front desk had to wait for a manager to be available to go get it from a locked area. The front desk gave us the wrong info on where our room was so we ended up driving around the whole resort to find our room. The people who hosted bingo were super rude, they kept calling the wrong numbers & caused people to think they got bingo but really didn't, you had to physically look at each # ¬ listen to the callers. They had assorted prizes to choose from, but if you weren't who they wanted to win they limited the choices
