“Property- lovely, clean, ample room for a group. Disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. First night - could not get in. Host tried to remotely fix the issue; ultimately we had to wait outside for 20 min for them to come access a garage to let us in. We learned it had been a problem with the previous guest & that they had gotten in through an open window. We were advised to leave the house unlocked if we went out because they would be with their grandchildren the next day & unavailable.……

“This is a nice little condo in a great location! The pools are fantastic. My preschooler had a ton of fun sleeping on the pull-out bed, too!The resort is a bit dated looks-wise and a bit dusty. It smelled a bit like someone used to smoke cigarettes in the unit, but this did improve when we opened the windows and patio door. Overall well-kept and cared for unit that I would go back to with my family.”

“Modern building, great location, very clean, responsive property manager. When we arrived, the place was set to an away temperature, and it took hours for that to come up to a comfortable level/could have been set to go up that morning ahead of guest arrival. Couch/seating could have been larger and more comfortable in front of TV. Primary bedroom a little tight - no luggage racks or dressers/not much room to move alongside bed. A little challenging to access front door with code. Having indoor……

“The Birch Retreat apartment accommodations were very nice as described. Great large shower, but not a full kitchenette (only sink is in bathroom) but owner added lots of accessories to make it easy to do basic things. The property (and one other adjacent Plum Retreat apartment that I know of) is connected to lovely & gorgeous new Secret Gardens with a new small shop & on-site events developed by the owner; the Birch apartment is a renovated part of the re-development of the former Green Gables……
